Common Areas are located centrally on Legacy Mountain.  See the plat map for their location (shaded area).  They are intended to be enjoyed by all. For the most part the common areas are undeveloped but are great for hiking and enjoying watching the wildlife.

 

The Board of Directors has suggested the HOA build a picnic pavilion at the 5 Points area in the near future.
