The Architecture Committee reviews plans for proposed cabins to ensure they comply with the CC&Rs, rules and regulations of the Homeowners Association. Cabin designs can take 1-2 weeks to get reviewed. If found in compliance, committee issues an approval letter to lot owner which owner can then submit to Sanpete County to obtain a building permit, Sanpete County will not issue a building permit without the letter.

The Road Committee coordinates all road activity including signage, drainage issues and repairs. Regulates how your individual lot driveway ties into the HOA road, regulates your size of culvert, must be at least 12 inches.
