Architecture Committee:
The Architecture Committee reviews plans for proposed cabins to ensure they comply with the CC&Rs, rules and regulations of the Homeowners Association. Cabin designs can take 1-2 weeks to get reviewed. If found in compliance, committee issues an approval letter to lot owner which owner can submit to Sanpete County to obtain a building permit.
